According to TMZ, prosecutors are hoping things will go differently at Monday's sentencing hearing.

Cosby will be sentenced at Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas and the 81-year-old is facing 30 years in prison.

According to statistics from RAINN, the largest anti-sexual violence organization in the country, 321,500 Americans aged 12 and older are sexually assaulted or raped each year.

The decision is ultimately up to Judge Steven T. O'Neill, who oversaw Cosby's 2018 retrial, as well as his mistrial a year earlier that ended in a hung jury.

Cosby, the groundbreaking actor once known as "America's Dad", did not testify at the trial.

India called off the meeting on Friday, in what it said was a protest against the deaths of Indian security personnel in Kashmir. He said: "We had already told India that if they take one step towards us, we will take two".

Cosby has been on house arrest since in April.

As previously reported, Cosby was found guilty on three counts of felony aggravated indecent assault for drugging and molesting Constand, 45, at his suburban Philadelphia home in 2004.

Some legal experts have said they don't think Cosby will spend any time behind bars.

But prosecutors are expected to paint him as a serial and unrepentant sexual predator, who has never admitted wrongdoing.

Cosby and his wife, Camille, have spent much of the past four decades living on their secluded, wooded estate along the Deerfield River in Shelburne Falls in western MA.

Pennsylvania's sex-offender board has examined Cosby and recommended he be deemed a "sexually violent predator", concluding that he has a mental defect or personality disorder that makes him prone to criminal behavior.

The judge barred a request by prosecutors to call a parade of accusers to testify at the sentencing hearing.

The site further reports that Judge O'Neill ruled on Thursday morning that main witness, Andrea Constand, will be joined by the "prior bad act witnesses" Janice Dickinson, Heidi Thomas, Chelan Lasha, Janice Baker-Kinney and Lise-Lotte Lublin who may be allowed to provide their respective victim impact statements. At sentencing, the judge will also have to decide whether he can remain free on bail while he pursues an appeal.

It is possible, however, that the women who appeared at the trial will testify again at sentencing.
