  • Paul Mc Cartney with James Corden on Carpool Karaoke

Paul McCartney joined Corden for a very special installment of the segment, in which the two spent a day driving around Liverpool and exploring the city of McCartney's youth.

The two then launched into an emotional rendition of the iconic song as Corden teared up.

McCartney more than delivered for his fans, and so did Corden with this edition of "Carpool Karaoke!".

A Supreme Court Ruling Could Make Your Online Purchases More Expensive
You have most likely been able to avoid paying sales tax on a lot of online purchases over the years, but that's coming to an end. The top court in the U.S. has ruled that states can force online companies to collect sales tax from their customers.

Watch a clip of the moment above.

"That's been one of the odd things", McCartney, around the five-minute mark in the video up top, told Corden of the lasting impact of the Beatles' message. McCartney also related a story about a dream he had in which his late mother told him everything would be all right and that he should "Just let it be", which became the inspiration for the song "Let It Be".

The video also saw the legend revisit his childhood home on 20 Fortlin Road, where he told the incredible story of how he and John Lennon wrote She Loves You and played it for his father. "My dad would be in there (the next room) watching telly, we'd be in here, and we'd just written She Loves You, which was a big Beatles hit". For the show's finale, it was Corden on the receiving end of a once-in-a-life-time surprise after being invited onstage to sing "Hey Jude" with Liverpool's favorite son.

Rashford, Lingard and Young star in England win over Tunisia
I'm so proud of the lads. "We were able to play head-to-head and a draw would have been an excellent result for us". But they were nearly made to pay for a succession of missed chances in the first half.

Meanwhile, Paul McCartney has announced the details of his Egypt Station album. Lucky for us, the Late Late Show host apparently has the legend Paul McCartney on speed dial.

The record, which will be released on 7 September through Capitol Records, features his double A-side single I Don't Know/Come On To Me, which he shared earlier this week.

In response, Beijing confirmed during the weekend it would bring in tit-for-tat tariffs on $34 billion of U.S. imports next month. That means things like tourism and education, industries from which the United States benefits a lot more than China does.
