With a recent slew of problems that have affected the game from server issues to game related bugs like the shotgun critical damage glitch, Epic has made a decision to slow its schedule and release a new patch every two weeks.

The addition of Vending Machines to Fortnite follows the game's most recent update, which saw the inclusion of devastating new weaponry like guided missiles, new battle modes, graphical updates and bug fixes. The amount of resources you pay depends on the rarity of the item you're buying, and each vending machine will offer weapons of one type of rarity.

Fortnite Is Out Now On Mobile And It Changes Everything
Fortnite's latest update brings vending machines

They can be used to trade in your materials, Stone, Wood and Metal, and you'll receive loot in exchange.

These machines work in much the same way as all other special objects and items in the world: the higher the tier, the more lucrative and rare the items available.

Future iPhones to Feature Curved Displays, Touchless Controls
As stated, both features are in early stages of development and it will be a couple of years before they see the light of day. The phone, which, according to Bloomberg , is expected to take at least two years to arrive, will feature a curved display.

Vending Machines come to Fortnite. More importantly, balance changes are being implemented for weapons. That means that as long as you haven't fired your weapon recently, aren't moving, and have the enemy solidly in your target reticule, you'll hit them without fail. As the damage falloff, the distance at which their damage is diminished also has been changed.

Winter holding on for dear life
It should produce a "quick burst" of snow - that could coincide with the Friday morning commute - before changing over to rain. The winds this afternoon could gust near 50 miles per hour in Boston and higher through western areas of the state.

Epic has kept a pretty consistent update schedule for Fortnite, introducing a new patch almost every week.

Fortnite is in early access across PS4, Xbox One, PC and IOS.
