  • Giants trade for Alec Ogletree to boost linebacker depth

The New York Giants have agreed to give up two 2018 draft picks for linebacker Alex Ogletree of the Rams.

Less than five months ago, Alec Ogletree had to feel pretty good about his chances of remaining with the Los Angeles Rams for a long, long time.

Sadly, it's quite common for National Football League teams to trade key players in exchange for mid-round draft picks, but seeing that all it took for the Giants to land Ogletree was basically a fourth and sixth rounder is an absolute joke.

It includes 5,500 food and flour bags enough for 27,500 people, in addition to wheat flour, medical and surgical items. Early Wednesday, sources showed heavy bombing by government-backed aircraft and artillery in a town in Eastern Ghouta.

Ogletree was a first-round pick out of Georgia in 2013 and started all but one game he appeared in for the Rams since.

Los Angeles gets the Giants' fourth-round and sixth-round picks in the 2018 draft.

Ogletree signed a four-year extension with the Rams in October.

Fellow athlete Henri Schoeman shared the news on Twitter. "We don't have the whole story yet". All we know is that Mhlengi is alive‚ he is talking and that he is under medical care.

He had 95 tackles and two sacks last season while moving into coordinator Wade Phillips' 3-4 defensive scheme.

By obtaining Ogletree, the Giants are plugging a major hole once defense that they've had for years at middle linebacker.

The Chiefs could have probably afforded that but it would've made it hard to sign other players in the coming years.

The duo will again present the Oscar for Best Picture on Sunday, even after the embarrassing fiasco of previous year . Warren and Faye were all smiles as they came on stage, with Beatty saying: 'It's so nice seeing you again'.

The trade of Ogletree seemingly improves the chances for the Rams to keep fellow veteran linebacker Mark Barron, who carries a $28 million salary cap hit over the next three seasons.
