  • How 'Moonlight's' Oscar win blew another hole in the definition of 'best

Faye Dunaway, left, and Warren Beatty present the award for best picture at the Oscars on Sunday, March 4, 2018, at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

At the 2017 Oscars, La La Land was mistakenly awarded Best Picture before panicked producers announced that Moonlight was the real victor, resulting in candid photos of shocked celebrities that could rival a Renaissance painting.

This year, the celebrity presenter as well as a stage manager will confirm that they have the correct envelope before announcing the award.

Ankara 'on alert' against possible terror threats
The notice also advised USA citizens in Turkey should avoid large crowds, keep a low profile and otherwise be cautious. Starting March 5, the Embassy will provide "only emergency services", the Monday announcement said.

The duo will again present the Oscar for Best Picture on Sunday, even after the embarrassing fiasco of previous year.

ABC's late-night host is the network's choice to emcee its biggest TV-viewer night of the year for the second straight year. "Benedict Cumberbatch: It's not only the most awesome name in show business, it's also the sound you get when you ask John Travolta to pronounce 'Ben Affleck,'" he quipped. Our biggest fear is that Warren Beatty will decide to say this year's victor is Lala Land as a joke. And I have to hand it to them, it was hilarious, but it won't happen again. The previous record low of 32 million was set in 2008, with Jon Stewart as host, just after an 11-week Hollywood writers' strike that crippled other awards shows.

Kimmel hoped for a better result at this year's ceremony.

Google celebrates The festival of Holi with A doodle
Many people were seen taking selfies with their mobile phones, capturing the colorful moments during the celebration. In recent years there has been a music festival inspired by the Hindu festival called the Festival of Colours tour.

The 90th Academy Awards producers made sure there would be no envelope screw up this year by putting the name of the category in giant letters on the envelope.

Warren and Faye were all smiles as they came on stage, with Beatty saying: 'It's so nice seeing you again'.

Now it's time for some celebration and laughter one year later, with Beatty and Dunaway triumphantly striding out on the Oscar stage with that right envelope. This is history happening right here.
