Meghan Markle made a glamorous entrance to her first official black tie event with husband-to-be Prince Harry on Thursday night.

Six months pregnant with her third child, Kate, 36, wore an ethereal pale pink gown with cape detailing and embellished neckline for dinner with King Harald. However, she appeared to win the style crown once again at the star-studded bash.

Meghan Markle didn't have the smoothest experience at her first awards ceremony appearance after a mix-up in notes.

Israel Asks Polish Official to Postpone Jerusalem Trip Following Controversial Holocaust Law
Israel was not alone in expressing disappointment at the vote. "We will never be accused of complicity in the Holocaust ". Declaring any nation criminal leads nowhere", Pavlo Klimkin, Ukraine's foreign minister, wrote on Twitter on February 1.

The royal lovebirds were presenting awards at a ceremony to celebrate and honour the achievements of wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women.

Meghan broke with tradition by not wearing a dress for the royal engagement - and she looked all the more incredible for it. Unfortunately, Queen Elizabeth is not a hundred percent on board as Meghan is not yet married to Harry.

"I'm truly privileged to be here", Markle said, according to People. It was an unconventional choice for Markle, as royal women often stick to dresses for these formal occasions, but one that did her proud: the tailored Alexander McQueen suit and Prada clutch struck a solemn and respectful chord.

It's becoming clear that Markle isn't afraid to defy conventions, and she may prove to be more of a risk-taker than her future sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, who wore a very different Alexander McQueen outfit on the same evening.

A few days ago The Sunday Times published a report claiming that Markle intends to give a speech during the reception of her upcoming nuptials to Harry, which would break royal protocol. Meanwhile, Prince Harry opted for a blue suit.

Meghan has been enjoying some quality time with Harry since moving full-time to the United Kingdom previous year. "She and Meghan get along so well already and Kate wants her to know how loved she is by the family", a palace insider reveals to OK!
