The rapper was charged by the Broward County Sheriff's Department with grand theft of a firearm, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, marijuana possession, child neglect without great bodily harm and two counts of probation violation, reports Pitchfork.

Black is being held at the Broward County jail in Fort Lauderdale. He is being held at the jail without bond. His sentencing was related to a May 2016 arrest for armed robbery, false imprisonment, possession of a firearm by a delinquent, and fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement. He's now awaiting trial in SC on a charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

He was under house arrest for the May 2016 charges, but violated it in February, resulting in anger management, which he recently completed, Variety reported.
