Earlier, the Manchester United manager took a dig at Conte and Jurgen Klopp by stating that the duo are "clowns" who "over-react" in their allocated technical areas.

Conte said: "I think he has to see himself in the past".

"Because I don't behave as a clown on the touchline, it means that I lost my passion", he said. The French manager criticized referee Anthony Taylor who awarded the Blues a penalty at the Emirates recently. You understand? He went away, but he continued to look here.

"I don't think you have to behave like a insane guy on the touchline to have that passion". What never happened to me and will never happen is to be suspended for match-fixing.

Mourinho was speaking after the 2-0 victory over Derby County in the FA Cup where he was asked about Conte's comments about him forgetting what he used to be like in the past - remarks which themselves came in response to reports that Mourinho had a called Conte "a clown" on the touchline.

Conte was implicated in a 2011 scandal while in charge of Siena and later served a four-month ban, but always denied any wrongdoing and was later acquitted by an Italian judge in May 2016.

Antonio Conte has warned his Premier League managerial rivals that he is ready for a "fight" if they maintain their public criticism of him and his Chelsea players.

But when mention was made of the accusations against Conte, Mourinho said: "Did he?"

The Blues' boss further added: "When you forgot what you say in the past, your behaviours, and when you totally forgot, you must be anxious as it means you are becoming old and you need a check".

Dramatic Images: Seven-Alarm Fire Rages in NYC
None of the injuries are life-threatening, officials said . "Our units arrived and were immediately faced with heavy fire". Mayor Bill de Blasio called it the "worst fire tragedy we have seen in this city in at least a quarter century".

"There is a person that continues to look here".

The literal translation is "senile dementia", but Chelsea moved to clarify that Conte had been searching for the Italian word for amnesia.

"For this reason, if you want to fight with me, I am ready". I'm ready to fight for me, my players, the club, with everyone. "Honestly I don't blame him, I think the press should apologise to me and to him because the question that comes to him is completely wrong and because of that he had that out of control reaction".

Asked if other managers' comments annoy him, Conte replied: "I must be honest - I don't read [any of it]".
