Miguel Angel Lopez-Abrego, 19 was arrested and is being charged with first-degree murder of the victim. He appeared in court in Maryland in Wednesday and was ordered held without bond.

The informant, who police refer to only as "INF", told detectives that he and nine other members of the gang planned for about two weeks to lure the victim from the Annapolis area to the wooded area of the Montgomery County park where they would kill him, according to documents.

The documents allege that Lopez-Abrego helped dig the grave where the victim was found, and also used a walkie-talkie to alert the other gang members to the victim's arrival. He also wore a rosary necklace, police stated.
