On Monday, a Philadelphia judge sentenced rapper, Meek Mill, to two to four years in prison for violating his probation on a 2008 drug and gun chase, Philly.com reports. In March of this year, he was arrested and charged with assault which is a misdemeanor following an altercation at the St. Louis airport.

Mill appeared before a Philadelphia judge, Genece Brinkley, 61, in connection with the violation of probation twice in a 2008 drug dealing and gun possession case.

Charges from both incidents were eventually dismissed, but that didn't stop the judge from sending him to prison. In October, he pleaded guilty to reckless driving after doing stunts on a dirt bike in Manhattan. When Meek laughed, Tacopina told TMZ, the judge said, "I'm not kidding".

He was later sentenced to house arrest and six more years of probation after a minor parole violation. Meek then denied her awkward request, then Judge Brinkley reportedly said "okay, suit yourself".
