Nintendo Expects to Ship 16.7M Switch Consoles by April 2018

To put that number into perspective, Wii U sales still have not topped 14 million units.

Interestingly, Nintendo has revised its projections for the Switch again, with the new forecast of 16.74 Million by March 31 2018.

The signs are already promising.

Provided Nintendo settles its supply issues, Switch sales could easily surpass Wii U lifetime sales in its first year on the market. Nintendo sold 2.92 consoles and 13.9 million games from July-September.

Chargers drop to 3-5 following loss to Patriots
That turned a 7-7 tie into a 9-7 New England lead, and the Patriots then marched to a field goal after the ensuing free kick. While the Chargers had three sacks (those aren't necessarily on the line), Ingram and Bosa were mostly held in check.

Kyoto-based Nintendo, which makes Super Mario and Pokemon games, said its sales rose 173 percent from a year earlier in April-September to 374 billion yen ($3.3 billion).

But Nintendo's core business is still going strong.

With the Switch though, Nintendo has tapped into something much more tangible. Because of this, it's no surprise folks are more receptive to Switch than they were to Wii U.

But on the completely opposite end of the spectrum from exclusivity is the cross-platform capabilities that come with the Nintendo Switch version.

If you're planning on picking up Rocket League on the Nintendo Switch, you can do so through the Nintendo eShop on November 14 for just $19.99 or the equivalent for your region.
