Addressing a press conference, Goyal said that the defamation case will be filed at Ahmedabad where Jay carries out his business. It also said that the company received a loan of Rs 15.78 crore from Rajesh Khandwala, a relative of Rajya Sabha member Parimal Nathwani, who is also a senior executive at Reliance Industries. He said the bank, and not a union minister, should defend the loan.
